Food Companies and Organizations

An increasing number of companies are using biotechnology to improve food production.  Some are working to develop algae, plant, or mushroom based alternatives to meat.  Some are working to use biotechnology as a way to produce animal-free meat by using technologies similar to the way companies make beer or yogurt.
