Our internship and co-op program spans our locations in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Many internships are in the summer but others are offered throughout the year.

Amgen seeks an intern for a 10-12 week, full-time internship program in bioanalytics. The intern will engage in analytics techniques including mass spectrometry and immunodepletion with antibodies. The Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason (BRI) is an international leader in immune system and autoimmune disease research, translating discoveries to real-life applications. Those interested in a science track in college can complete a course in pre-calculus for college credit. ACE is an acronym for Academic Clark Excellence. The Coe College NSF RET program brings secondary education science teachers to campus for a research experience in one of the laboratory sciences. Participants have the opportunity to choose from the selection of projects in the REU program, attend weekly lectures, and use advanced instrumentation. A stipend of $7,000 will be paid to each teacher for the seven-week research term. Additional funds are available to help support travel to a scientific conference and present research findings. Coe College will provide housing for teachers who cannot commute to the campus.

The Mickey Leland Energy Fellowship (MLEF) Program provides college students with an opportunity to gain and develop research skills with the Department of Energy’s Office of Fossil Energy for 10 weeks over the summer.
